If you'd like to exhibit please complete the short form below. We will be accepting applications until Friday May 25th at 5pm. Shortly after that we will be looking at everyone who's interested at once and choosing the selection we feel best fits the fair.
We're dying to hear what you do and how you feel you can add to the fair. The last section in the form asks you to tell us a bit about what you would like to show or talk about at the event. Please don't let this section worry you...we just want to get a feel for what you're all about. If you'd like to chat to us before you complete the form, call Elaine on 079 667 61340. Feel free to include links to photos/video if appropriate.
Standard sized stands are £325 + VAT which is the size of a 6 foot trestle table with some room to the side for a display/pop up banner. The majority of spaces are standard size, but we have a small number of smaller spaces which cost a little less and larger spaces which vary in size and range from £350 - £500 + VAT. If you are interested in hearing more about those please say so in your application and we will keep this in mind. These spaces are limited. If you require electricity or public liability insurance there will be a charge added, Electricity charge is £89+vat. By the way don't worry if you haven't exhibited at a fair before, we love bringing new folk to the wedding industry and can chat to you about how to proceed.
We love hearing from photographers so please do apply but you will go straight onto the waiting list. We ring-fence the spaces for photographers who list on our website and we already have as many as we plan to take. However if one of the spaces open up, it's good to know you are interested.
